Photography and Visual Literacy for Active Citizenship is a programme developed by FOTEA Foundation in collaboration with the Makerere University Department of Journalism and Communication (DJC) with the goal of expanding photography education as provided to DJC students. The programme was supported by Culture at Work Africa and the European Union.
